State Teen Action Retreat (STAR)

Location: TBAA fun-filled event where 4-H teens participate in a variety of workshops and activities meant to challenge, excite, and further develop life skills. The STAR program is open to all NYS 4-H Teens. Interested teens should have an interest in developing leadership skills, have completed a public presentation within the last two years, and be willing to share their STAR experiences with other Warren County youth.
