Membership Terms

☐ By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to comply with all policies, procedures, bylaws, and membership guidelines of the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce.

I understand that membership is annual and that maintaining membership in good standing requires adherence to Chamber policies, timely payment of dues, and conduct consistent with the mission and values of the Chamber.

I consent to the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce using the information provided in this application to communicate with me regarding membership matters, events, programs, advocacy efforts, and other Chamber-related communications. I understand that these communications may be delivered by email, text message, and postal mail, as appropriate. I may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by following the instructions provided or by contacting the Chamber directly.

I understand that membership cancellation requires written notice to the Chamber at least 30 days prior to my membership anniversary date. I acknowledge that membership dues are non-refundable, in whole or in part, once paid.

I acknowledge that membership benefits and participation are subject to Chamber policies, which may be updated from time to time, and that the Chamber reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership for non-compliance with these policies or for conduct inconsistent with the Chamber’s mission and values 12/15/2025
